
Ok, I’m just gonna say it…I’m a basic white girl, I know, such a surprise, right? Anyway, I feel that as a basic white girl Starbucks always has my back. I LOVVVEEEE the seasonal drinks, better yet, I love trying the different combinations that are trending every season (and trying to cut those calories). So, I thought it would be fun to share the fall Starbucks drinks that I love the most for this fall season and the details on how to order them for yourself!
As a note, when mentioning a milk substitution you can choose almond, soy or coconut milk as a substitute. I just list the ones that I used the last time I ordered.
Chai Latte with Pumpkin Spice
This is different than the “Pumpkin Spice Chai” on the menu. That one comes with pumps of both chai and pumpkin spice. So, to cut the calories this is what I order:
-Ask for a
- Grande chai latte with coconut milk
- 2 pumps of chai
- 2 pumps of pumpkin spice
I’ve tried this both iced and hot and it is REALLLY good, I am a big fan of chai tea though, not as much of a fan as I am of that good old caffeine.
Pumpkin Spice Latte
This one is just a healthier variation for all those PSL lovers out there!!
– Ask for a
- Skinny Pumpkin Spice Latte
- Substitute milk with almond, or soy milk
- 2 pumps of pumpkin
- *Optional- no whip

Skinny Vanilla Latte With Cinnamon
This one is a double whammy, there are two recipes that I really like with the great taste of cinnamon for fall. Here’s how I order:
1. Ask for a
- Skinny vanilla latte
- 2 pumps of vanilla and coconut milk
- topped with cinnamon
2. Ask for a
- Skinny vanilla latte with coconut milk
- Sugar-free cinnamon dolce syrup
- Lose the whip
Salted Caramel Cold Foam Cold Brew
This is a total game changer if you like cold brew. I’ve tried a few that I’m not a fan of, but this one I can get on board with. I also love anything that is sweet and salty (hello fries dipped in a chocolate shake) and this is a perfect balance of both. Here’s how to order the “skinnier” version than what’s on the menu:
-Ask for a
- Salted caramel cold foam cold brew
- 1 pump of caramel
- 2 pumps of sugar-free vanilla
“Skinny” Caramel Macchiato
This is one for those of you who don’t care for the fall flavors and just want a good old classic- preferably warm for those dropping temps. This one is a year-round winner, here’s how to order:
-Ask for a
- Grande nonfat caramel macchiato
- Keep the caramel drizzle
- Substitute the vanilla-flavored syrup with sugar-free vanilla
