Gift Guide for the Fitness Fan

Gift Guide for the Fitness Fan

Here is the gift guide for the fitness fan on your list this year! These gifts are great for anyone who has been working out for a while or someone who wants to start.

Joggers– There are so many to choose from but these would be my first choice. They are a dupe for the Lululemon joggers and way cheaper.

High Rise Tights– These are the very popular Lululemon ones that almost everyone wants their hands on. Again, there are cheaper options out there but with this one, you can’t go wrong with style and quality. I also threw in the Free People ones that are well-liked too.

Dry Shampoo– Who doesn’t love dry shampoo? This is great for right after a workout to cover the look of sweat, as well as just on a regular basis in between washes to absorb oil and decrease the need for washes to keep hair healthy.

Yoga mat– Especially with the increase of home workouts, a mat is definitely a must.

Bala Bangles– For those who are not fully committed to working out, these bangles are an easy way to still gain muscle throughout daily living. Wear these walking, do bodyweight exercises with a few additional pounds, or wear them while you do daily living tasks. They only go up to 2 pounds so it’s not a big commitment in weight and comes in many other colors.

Nutribullet/BlendJet– This is a great item to add additional convenience to protein shakes and smoothies. This single-serve blender is easy to clean and the portable one is good for someone who never seems to slow down.

Electric Shaker Bottle– This thing is self-stirring to mix your protein powder, pre-workout you name it, so there’s no lumps or leftover powder in your drinks. A great idea for someone who is often on the go!

Resistance Bands– These are so cute and can be used in a lot of different ways to increase the impact a workout has.

Foam Roller + more– Great for rolling out sore muscles at home for pain and muscle relief. A foam roller is a good start, but I included a full set as well as the additional tools can make a big difference if you know how to use them.

Water bottle– A new water bottle is always a little extra boost to encourage a good work out.

Fitness Subscription– Consider getting them a few months of a subscription that is fitness oriented. A few ideas of this is Fabfitfun which is one I personally use right now, Fabletics, Ellie, and more. If they like it, you could do renewals for birthdays or other occasions too.

While most of these ideas are catered towards women you can definitely find similar products that are more masculine as needed. If you need more ideas check out my list of gifts that are meant for anyone and everyone.
