Gift Guide for the Homebody

Gift Guide for the Homebody

Alright friends, this might be the most relevant gift guide I can put together this year! 2020 has definitely been a year no one was expecting but I think it’s safe to say it has turned us all into homebodies one way or another. This makes today’s gift guide perfect for anyone in your life. This gift guide has everything you need from spa nights to gadgets that will make WFH a little easier. Anyone spending a little extra time at home right now is sure to enjoy these finds!

  • Satin Sleep Set- a hair and skin game-changer. Satin is much better for your hair and skin that can experience damage while we sleep. You can also use this link to get access to more products and use the code EMILYEADRIAN for 15% off your purchase.
  • Robe- If they don’t have a robe it could be a great start to a spa night package. Include slippers, some candle or bath items, and treat her to a night to unwind.
  • Slippers- We all love fuzzy socks but sometimes slippers can be that step up. Something fun to accessorize at home and keep the feet warm.
  • Lip Kit- This can be a nice new addition to her skin routine and leave her lips soft and smooth especially after winter takes its toll.
  • Bath Tray- Another good thought for spa night bundle or for someone who just really enjoys taking baths or to encourage them to start to. Give them a tray to hold their items- candle, glass of wine, book, or iPad, etc. Seems simple, but increasing convenience can make a big difference.
  • Bath bombs- A throw in for the bath theme. Every girl loves these whether they know it yet or not! (Hint: avoid ones with glitter, it stays in the tub longer than you want)
  • Candles + Trimmer + Lighter- What girl doesn’t love candles? This set can be the next step to up her candle game. While it’s not necessary it actually does help to take care of candles the way they are supposed to for a better burn and elongate the life of them. If you’re still not convinced, it’s aesthetic which is always appreciated.
  • Amazon Alexa or Google Home- A nice assistant at home when coworkers are nowhere to be found. Helps with organization, finding suggestions or answering questions, or personal dance parties for productivity (just me?). Also can be a good speaker for the spa night package, voice-activated so you can still have control without having to worry about drying off or getting it wet. Definitely a gift for a certain person but can be a nice throw-in to a gift.
  • Home Body Cooking Book- This is a great gift for someone who is redecorating their personal space. It helps with hosting ideas and ways to set the table, different style expressions in different rooms, etc. It also doubles as a great coffee table book (the ones we put there for looks but aren’t looked at as much).
  • Plants- This is a nice gift to brighten up the home space a little. These are easy to care for plants and they add a little bit of decor if paired with some new pots/holders. If they like flowers, this Floral Subscription could be a better fit.
  • Blankets- both heated or regular, a blanket is always nice especially if your girl is always cold, like me, literally always.
  • Lounge Set- Every girl loves good lounge clothes and these are very on trend and versatile. Doesn’t have to be this one, but something similar or giving her a budget to pick her own could be a thoughtful gift.
  • Rumba- Spending all this time at home, you can start to ignore or get tired of how much dirt and dust starts to gather when you’re home and no one likes cleaning. This gift might be a simple reminder that cleaning isn’t as important as time spent together.
  • Facial Kit- Another possible addition to spa night but also a great tool for healthy skin and an at home facial treatment. Again, this one depends if your homebody is into this kind of thing, but most are and just haven’t been able to decide to treat themselves to it yet.
  • Fancy Cheese Board- Whether hosting or needing a special night in, a fancy cheese board for charceuterie or appetizers is a great idea. Plus, throw this together as a bundle with the wine related gifts below.
  • Wine Opener- Anything to cut down the time it takes to get in to a nice bottle of wine am I right? Plus, this gift can be paired with the cheese board or the wine subscription I’ll talk about next for a good wholesome, all around gift.
  • Pastry or Wine Subscription- There are some unique subscription options available out there. There is this pastry subscription that is very unique and could be a nice change up or go with a classic and get a wine subscription to deliver favorite wines from a certain winery or a box with various selections.
  • Sunrise Clock- A more natural way to wake up in the morning, with the sun!! This can help boost energy and improve mood to make quarantine, a little less stressful. A great idea especially with the shorter days where you start and end work in the dark.

I hope you all found something to spark some ideas! If not, be sure to look out for some of my other gift guides coming your way. Check out last weeks gift guide if you missed it here.
