Unique Gift Ideas $50 & Under

Unique Gift Ideas $50 & Under

This is usually one of my favorite gift guides to put together because who doesn’t love a good gift at a good price? This year I decided that I would provide ideas for any gender to be a one-stop-shop for what you need.

1. Homesick Candles– I think this is a great gift idea especially for those who can’t make it home for Christmas this year due to the pandemic. It would be a good way to bring a little home to them this year.

2. Weighted Blanket– These are surprisingly reasonable in pricing and offer different weights. Keep in mind, the bigger and heavier you go the more expensive so not all of them are under $50.

Coming from someone who struggles with sleep using my weighted blanket has helped a lot (thanks to my bf who got one for me last year). It has made a huge difference for me. Feeling compression allows my body to become calm and relaxed-think of it like a hug that makes you feel safe and comfortable. I think this would make a great individual or couples gift depending on how well you know the couple.

3. Magnetic Notebook– This is a great gift for the organizer in your life. If you have someone who makes a lot of lists, or who should start, this is the one for them. The pages are magnetic so you can rearrange the pages to keep thoughts and related topics together while keeping it all in one place. Honestly so brilliant! There is also this smart notebook- whatever you write you can scan into your phone and then erase and reuse the paper.

4. Smart Lights– I know this is one of my previous gift guides but I do think this is a great gift for anyone. It increases convenience and more control over their home. There is so much to choose from too- light strip, light bulbs, even the wifi outlets- I think it is a great gift that people sometimes have a hard time treating themselves too.

5. Brumate– This company offers a variety of items for drinks and other beverages. They offer insulators and more for all things wine, beer, and seltzers and a variety of colors and styles for everyone. The best part is that you can use it outside of alcoholic beverages too, water, soda cans, etc. It’s definitely something you need to take a look at for yourself.

6. Record Player– I will say that this is a personal favorite of mine. I think that the sound quality you can get from vinyl is so good and it can change a whole room! This one is small and portable to make it easy for storing and also has Bluetooth built-in so you can still use it as a speaker using your own device.

7. Craft beer making kit– I know plenty of my friends who would love this both male and female. I think this also qualifies as another couple’s gift- give them an experience, something they can do together and both have a good time. If they really aren’t beer drinkers you can still find kits for their interests like Kombucha, or Gin and others to better suit them.

8. Massager– Everyone holds stress whether they like to think about it or not but going to a chiropractor or getting a massage isn’t always an option for people. These massaging items can be helpful for relieving pain at home and stress relief.

9. Automatic Vacuum Cleaner– Another favorite of mine. I am a firm believer in having a clean and healthy living area but not having to give a whole weekend to it twice a month or more. I much prefer to spend my time on the weekend relaxing, sharing my time with others, and putting my time towards personal projects, etc. This type of gift can be just the saver to help maintain a home to decrease full-on cleaning sessions and open up more time to spend elsewhere. Life is too short to spend it trying to clean every week.

10. Gift cards- If all else fails gift cards are amazing, especially this year. This is a great way to support small businesses this time of year and allow someone to choose what they really want or need themselves. Whether it’s to their favorite store or restaurant it can be a very thoughtful gift when specialized to a local small business in their area.

As always, I hope this sparks some ideas on what to get the person on your list this year. If you need more ideas, check out my latest gift guide, or feel free to message me on Instagram or comment down below. Happy shopping!
